Loxi Privacy Policy

Welcome to Loxi! This policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information when you use our AI-powered fashion-styling iOS app.

1. Information We Collect

Photos & Camera Access

To provide styling suggestions, Loxi accesses your camera and photo library only when you explicitly choose to upload garment images. Images are processed locally or sent to our secure servers for AI analysis and are not used for any other purpose.

Device & Usage Data

We collect anonymous technical data such as device model, iOS version, session duration, and feature interactions to improve performance and stability. This data is not linked to your identity.

Chat Interactions

When you use the real-time chat feature, we store conversation history temporarily to maintain context during your session. Histories are automatically deleted after 30 days.

2. How We Use Your Information

• Generate personalized outfit suggestions and color-matching advice
• Analyze uploaded images with our AI models (Qwen3-VL-8B)
• Improve styling algorithms and app performance
• Deliver customer support and respond to feedback

We do not use your images or data for advertising, profiling, or any purpose unrelated to styling assistance.

3. Data Storage & Security

Images and chat data are encrypted in transit and at rest on servers located in the United States. We retain uploaded photos only as long as necessary to generate recommendations, after which they are securely deleted within 24 hours unless you save them to your personal “Lookbook,” which remains on your device.

4. Third-Party Services

We use industry-standard analytics and crash-reporting SDKs to monitor app health. These providers receive only anonymized identifiers and technical logs—no images or chat content.

5. Your Rights

You may:

• Access, correct, or delete any saved Lookbook items via in-app settings
• Request export or deletion of chat history by emailing support@loxi.com
• Disable camera/photo access anytime in iOS Settings; the app will continue to work with reduced features

6. Children’s Privacy

Loxi is not intended for users under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 18. If you believe a minor has provided us data, please contact us so we can promptly delete it.

7. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy periodically. Revisions will be posted here with a new “Effective Date,” and significant changes will trigger an in-app notification. Continued use of Loxi after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
