1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, accessing, or using Loxi ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part, you must discontinue use and remove the App from your device. Continued use constitutes acceptance of updates or modifications to these Terms.

2. Service Description

Loxi is a mobile fashion-styling application that leverages SiliconFlow AI visual-analysis (Qwen3-VL-8B) to provide outfit suggestions, color-matching advice, and styling analysis based on photos you upload. Features include real-time chat, multi-image comparison, secure network-permission management, and elegant loading animations. Services are provided on an “as-available” basis; we may add, modify, or remove features without notice and do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

3. User Responsibilities & Conduct

Age Rating: 18+ | This application is intended for users 18 years of age and older.

You represent that you are at least 18 years old. Users under 18 are prohibited from using Loxi. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your device access credentials and for all activities occurring under your account.

User-Generated Content Policy

Zero Tolerance for Objectionable Content: Loxi has a strict zero-tolerance policy for objectionable content or abusive behavior. We do not permit content that is offensive, inappropriate, abusive, harassing, defamatory, obscene, pornographic, hateful, violent, or otherwise objectionable. Users who post, share, or engage in such content or behavior will be immediately banned from the platform.

By using Loxi, you agree to:

Post only content that is respectful, appropriate, and complies with all applicable laws.
Not upload, share, or create content that is offensive, sexually explicit, violent, discriminatory, or otherwise objectionable.
Not engage in harassment, bullying, threats, or abusive behavior toward other users.
Report any objectionable content or abusive users immediately using the in-app reporting feature.

Content Moderation & Reporting

Loxi provides the following mechanisms to ensure a safe and respectful community:

In-App Reporting: Users can report objectionable content or abusive users directly within the app. All reports are reviewed within 24 hours.
Content Filtering: Our system automatically filters content from users you have blocked or reported.
User Blocking: You may block any user at any time to prevent them from interacting with you or viewing your content.

We reserve the right to remove any content and terminate any user account that violates these Terms, at our sole discretion, without prior notice.

Prohibited Activities

Use for any unlawful, fraudulent, or harassing purpose.
Upload viruses, malware, or any malicious code.
Infringe intellectual-property rights of Loxi or third parties.
Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code.
Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the App.
Collect or store personal data of other users without consent.
Post, share, or distribute objectionable, offensive, or abusive content.
Engage in harassment, bullying, hate speech, or discriminatory behavior.

Violations may result in immediate termination of your access without prior notice and may expose you to civil or criminal liability.

4. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, and intellectual-property rights in Loxi and its services are owned by Loxi or its licensors and are protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other laws. We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for its intended purpose. Except as expressly permitted, you may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, or create derivative works based on Loxi.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

Loxi is provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We disclaim all warranties to the maximum extent permitted by law, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free, secure, or uninterrupted, or that styling suggestions will meet your expectations. Your use of Loxi is at your sole risk.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Loxi, its affiliates, officers, employees, or agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to lost profits, data loss, business interruption, or personal injury, arising out of or related to your use of or inability to use Loxi, whether based on warranty, contract, tort, strict liability, or any other legal theory, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

In no event shall our aggregate liability exceed the amount you paid (if any) to us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

7. Termination & Suspension

We may terminate or suspend your access to Loxi at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases immediately, but provisions that by nature should survive (e.g., intellectual property, disclaimers, liability limitations) shall remain in effect. You may also delete the App at any time to stop using our services.

8. Modifications to Terms

We may revise these Terms at any time. Material changes will be posted within the App or via other reasonable means thirty (30) days before taking effect. Continued use after changes become effective means you accept the updated Terms. It is your responsibility to review the Terms periodically.

9. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising under these Terms or your use of Loxi will be resolved exclusively by binding arbitration in San Francisco, California, under the rules of the American Arbitration Association, and judgment on the award may be entered in any court having jurisdiction.
